A group of individuals whose aim is to reap the vast rewards that the kingdom has to offer. People who work in secret to ensure personal prosperity. Acting in the best interest of its members and its clients. Professional and courteous, they obliged themsevles first and the law second. If at all. The members who serve under the Laurel's banner do so in secret, the guild in fact, being unknown to the general populace. A strong network is strung through the kingdom, to which the society keeps tabs on all major political entities.
Since its inception, The Jade Laurel Society has completed missions of all sizes and importance. The tasks and assignments that the members complete vary. In most cases, the society provides services that are otherwise unavailable to the public. The society both receives and arranges contracts in an effort to conduct proper business with the community at large. Priorities will usually be payment, whether currency or services. Most of the actions taken are more or less hidden, with discretion being the operative factor. |
